Since the processing procedure varies depending on the food, it is critical to produce capsules that can endure each procedure.

In the case of incorporating capsules in candy, we began by learning about the molding process. During the molding process, candy is exposed to heat, moisture, and pressure. They all have an impact on flavor, texture, and appearance, which are all significant evaluation criteria for food production. In addition to all of this, we worked to engineer the film such that it possessed sufficient breaking strength to endure the rigors of transit.

Our seamless capsules are available in a variety of sizes, thickness, and firmness to meet the contents and purpose of the final application.
